Miss Walker is spending a holiday with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clough. Miss Josie Nolan, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Nolan, Mana Road, is in the New Plymouth Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Fred. Hill, who have been on a motor tour through the Auckland district, have returned to their home at Ratapiko. Mri Moorby, New Plymouth, is staying with Mr. and Mrs. E. Grigg, Ratapiko. Mr. and Mrs. Bent, Blenheim, who are touring in the North Island, visited Mr. and Mrs. G. Stevens at the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. E. Grigg have returned

from a short visit to relatives at Wanganui. Miss Margaret Gannaway, left for Napier, where she is attending secondary school.
