Copeman). j 11 .breakfastcups flour, (leVel), 2- eggs, a good i cup sugar,. 3oz butter, 2' tea-' spoons’ baking powder, '$ cup water, 1 tablespoon orange juice and some of the! grated. rind. Cream butter and sugar, add., eggs,one ata time-and beat well; add flour and baking powder, and lastly water and orange juice. Bake in a greased, flat cake Un, or in two sandwich tins for 15 minutes.
