The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. J. A. Lyons, has announced that he intends after his visit to London to return through the United States to enable him to have official discussions with representatives of the United States Government. It is believed Mr. Lyons will state Australia's intention of using a tariff in adjusting trade balances with foreign countries which do not buy freely from Australia, " •
