PROFESSOR’S RESIGNATION
WAS ONCE IN AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Berlin, Feb. 15. Professor Alfred Manes, of the Berlin University, who is at present lecturing in America, has resigned. He was attached to the Australian Government in 1913-14 and wrote books on workmen’s insurance.
