OXFORD OARSMAN’S STRENGTH. TRAINING FOR THE BOAT RACE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. London, Feb. 19. Bankes, Oxford’s 14-stone oarsman for the Oxford-Cambridge boat race, broke his sixth oar while training at Henley to-day. The makers thought the latest oar was unbreakable.
