Messrs. L. A. Nolan and Co. will sell 450 sheets of corrugated iron on Friday at 12 noon. This iron is in good order and will be sold at their produce store, Liardet Street.
A reminder is given in this issue of the Inglewood annual sheep fair to be held at’ 12.30 prompt to-day. A large entry of breeding ewes and lambs is entered for this sale.
Mr. James Linton, Winton, a wellknown breeder of sheep and cattle dogs, in a letter to the secretary of the committee organising the Pungarehu sheep dog trials has offered as a special prize in one of the classes the pick of his sheep and cattle dog pups. The pup will be of the breed required by the winner of that event, which decides superiority between the winners of the sheep and cattle dog sections of the trials.
