DECAY COMPLETE IN OTAGO. TEN YEARS’ STRUGGLE OVER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Feb. 19. After 10 years’ struggle Rugby League will shortly cease to exist in Otago. Its decay is stated to date from the hectic test of 1928.
