EPIDEMIC DECLINES
MALARIA OUTBREAK IN CEYLON. CO-ORDINATING RELIEF STEPS. British Wireless. Rugby, Jan. 17. The Colonial Office has received a telegram from the Governor of Ceylon, stating that the malaria epidemic is showing a distinct decline in most districts, though it is still very prevalent. The Governor has appointed a special commissioner to co-ordinate relief measures.
