LADY IRVING’S DEATH
WIDOW OF FAMOUS ACTOR. BRIEF LIFE WITH HUSBAND. By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright Rec. 11 p.m. London, Jan. 13. Lady Irving, widow of the famous actor, Sir Henry Irving, died at the age of 91. She was married in 1871 but they separated after two and a-half years. She lived with a companion at Folkestone for 40 years. She placed a wreath of red roses on her husband’s grave in Westminster Abbey on every anniversary of his death.
