FRANCIS.—On January 12, 1935, at the New Plymouth Hospital, Charles, beloved husband of Margaret Francis; aged 75 years. McPHAIL.—At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. A. Coplestone, Eltham, on January 13, 1935, Martha, relict of Archibald McPhail; aged 95 years. Private interment at 1.30 p.m. to-morrow (Tuesday). R. J. PEPPERELL, Undertaker, Eltham.
