FOUND IN DEEP HOLE
DROWNED BODY IN OTAKI RIVER. attempts at recovery fail. By Telegraph—Press Association. Otaki, Jan. 12. The body of Joseph Cartmer, who was drowned in the Otaki River on Tuesday, was located in a 20-foot hole. Repeated attempts failed to recover the body, but a further attempt is being made to-day.
