80 MINERS REMAIN BELOW GROUND. FLOOD OF WORKINGS SUGGESTED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Jan. 2. Eighty coalminers in a Baskra mine in Upper Silesia refuse to come to the surface, says the Times’ Warsaw correspondent. They have been seven days 250 feet below sitting in the mud, with one lamp and little food. Four of k them brought a sick comrade to the surface, and they were prevented from returning.
