COASTAL MOVEMENTS. The Totara called at New Plymouth yesterday and after discharging southern cargo was dispatched for Wellington and southern ports. (U.S.S. Co.) Having discharged 300 tons of coal from the West Coast,’ the Rata sailed last night for southern ports. (Cock and Co.) The Storm, which loaded at Dunedin on Thursday for New Plymouth, was to leave Wanganui last night for New Plymouth, where she is due to-day. (Collett and Co.) The Holmglen loads at Lyttelton to-day for -New Plymouth, where she is due on Thursday via Wellington and Wanganui. She will proceed to Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros.) The Hauturu is due at New Plymouth on January 8 wity general cargo from Onehunga. She will proceed to Wanganui. (Northern Co.) The Opihi. will load at Dunedin on January 4 for New Plymouth, via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Nelson. She is due at New Plymouth on January 11 and will sail that day for Wellington and Dunedin. (U.S.S. Co.) MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS. THE KENT SAILS. The Kent, which has been loading dairy produce and meat at New Plymouth, sailed last night for Wellington, Gisborne and Auckland to continue loading. The Kent is scheduled to sail from Auckland on January 8 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow, via Panama. PORT FAIRY TO SAIL TO-DAY, After loading meat and dairy produce at New Plymouth the .Port Fairy will sail to-day for Wellington and Port Chalmers to continue loading. She is scheduled to clear Port Chalmers finally on January 8 for London, via Cape Hom and Dakar. GABRIELLA EXPECTED TO-MORROW Cabled advice has been received that the Union Company’s Gabriella, from Newcastle, left Sydney on Monday for New Plymouth, Wellington and Auckland. She is due at New Plymouth tomorrow. PORT HOBART TO CALL. The Port Hobart was scheduled to leave London yesterday for Auckland, Wellington, New Plymouth and Bluff. She is due at Auckland on February 3 and at New Plymouth about mid-Febru-ary. OMANA’S ITINERARY. The Omana will leave Wellington next Mdnday for Auckland. After discharge there she will proceed to Westport and thence to Melbourne and Adelaide. The vessel will load at Edithburg and Adelaide during the third week in January, completing at Melbourne, for New Plymouth, Auckland, .Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
