HIGH STANDARD OF GOLF SHOWN. NEW PLYMOUTH’ CHAMPIONSHIPS. The recent visits of the British amateur golf team and of Gene Sarazen appear to have had a beneficial effect on the play of the New Plymouth caddies, as a' high and much improved standard was displayed in the annual caddies’ tournament at Waiwakaiho yesterday.
