TRAIN HITS LORRY
DRIVER’S SEVERE INJURIES. ACCIDENT AT LEVEL CROSSING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, Nov. 30. As a train from Motuhora this morning was slowing down . approaching the Makarui station it crashed into a cream lorry the driver of which, Harry Kelso, received severe head injuries, his condition being serious. The lorry was thrown on tea cattle stop and was badly damaged.
