Representatives of the w-mmiriees and staff's of New Plymouth urban schools met last night at fee Education. After the ceremony they will be marched off fee ground and dismissed. Country school children are being provided with fcee tain passes and a lunch ticket which they may use in any tea-room in the town. As many teachers will not be .in New Plymouth at fee time of the Royal visit the contingents of children vriU be in charge of school committeemen, although assistance will, be given by any teachers who happen to be in the town. At the meeting last night Mr. O. Johnston was appointed chief marshal, and he will be assisted by Mr. G. H. Pope. Messrs. Johnston,. Pope. R. Day Valentine were appointed .an emergency eoKimittee with power to add.
