STRATFORD BEATS INGLEWOOD A. EASY WIN WITH EIGHT MEN. Waitara beat Inglewood B and Stratford beat Inglewood A in the Thursday cricket competition yesterday. A feature of play was a splendid innings of 93 by O. Foreman for Waitara. Despite the fact that the Stratford team which visited Inglewood on Thursday comprised only eight players, it was successful in defeating Inglewood A by 22 runs on the first innings.
