I Napier, Nov. 23. • A breach of conditions under the lie- ■ ease for the sale of art union tickets by j the Union Boat Club, Wanganui, was al- ■ leged by the police when Eugene Joseph. Crotty, secretary of the club, appeared in the Magistrate's Court this morning. It was stated that tickets were sold on the streets at Napier contrary to a clause in the license. Defendant denied, liability, stating that he had instructed agents not to sell the tickets in the streets. The magistrate reserved his decision. Thomas Wilson, an agent for the art union at Napier, pleaded guilty to seeing tickets in the streets and was fined £3,
