ARREST EFFECTED
COMPLAINTS AGAINST MAN.
ALLEGED ACTIONS IN PARKS. In an endeavour to clear up complaints concerning the activities of a man in Pukekura Park and the vicinity of Kawaroa Park, New Plymouth, an arrest was made yesterday by Detectives A. B. Meiklejohn and P. Kearney. A charge of obscene exposure on October 19 will be laid against the man in custody, also another charge concerning an alleged offence in July.
