By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5 p.m. London, Nov. 26. At Wembley, in a 12-round boxing contest, Len Harvey fought a draw with the German, Walter Neusel. The fight was marred by over much clinching and almost degenerated into wrestling. The referee repeatedly cautioned both men.
