MINISTERS IN AUSTRALIA. PROGRESS WITH “GROUND WORK" By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 11.5 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 25. Messrs. J. G. Coates and R. Masters left to-day for Canberra, where the discussions with Commonwealth Ministers will be continued. Mr. Coates said good progress had been made with the “ground work,” and he felt the conversations so far had enabled the participants to more fully understand each other’s difficulties.
