RENDERS are invited for a ten year lease commencing on December 1, 1934 of the following sections which are situate on the Main North Road about 3 miles south of Urenui:— (1) WAHAPAKAPAKA 4B 3A containing 9 acres 2 roods 10 perches more or less excepting, however, the cottage and surrounding area of approximately one-half acre and reserving to the occupiers of the excepted area a right of way over the section to the road. (2) WAHAPAKAPAKA 4B 3B containing 9 acres 2 roods 36 perches more or less. Tenders will be received for one or both sections. UPSET RENTAL: £l2 per annum for each section. Collars must be of good leather and equal to sample sent with the tender, to be one inch wide and 22 inches long, with brass labels fixed with rivets, such labels to be plainly stamped “PATEA COUNTY 1935” and numbered consecutively in bundles of 25 each.
