GUESTS AT THE DUKE'S WEDDING.

By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Rec. 7.10 P-m. London, Nov. *lB. Royal. guests have already begun to arrive for the Duke of Kents wedding to Princess Marina on November 29. Princesses Irene of Greece, Helen and Ileana of Rumania, the Queen Mother of Rumania and Prince Paul of Greece arrived by air from Paris to-day. Princess Juliana of Holland will leave Rotterdam to-morrow. The Daily Express states that the Gov-ernor-General of the Irish Free State, Mr. Donald Buckley, declined His Majesty’S invitation to the wedding. Mr. Buckley has never attended any event in an official capacity. To do so wbultj be a breach of the understanding reached when -he was appointed. It is stated authoritatively that no member of Mr. Eamon de Valera’s Government will attend, but the Government may be represented by Mr. J. W. Dulanty, High Commissioner at London.
