TASMAN FLIERS WAIT
FLIGHT TO NEW PLYMOUTH PLAN. STORM RAGING OVER TASMAN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 6.30 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 18. Messrs. Raymond Whitehead and Rex Nicholl are not likely to leave Australia for their proposed flight to New Plymouth in their Puss Moth till Monday owing to the gale raging in the Tasman. The weather along the coast of New South Wales is typical of mid-winter with violent rain squalls for the last 24 hours. The bad weather shows no sign of abating. Mr. Whitehead received a cable from his mother in New Zealand wishing him luck. Many other similar messages have been received from the Dominion.
