COMMON GAMING HOUSES. FINES FOR WELLINGTON MEN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 12. Nevill Latimer, aged 48, a confectioner, \yas fined £75 by Mr. Stilwell, S.M., for carrying on the business of a bookmaker. Jack Devany was fined £5O for keeping premises at Petone as a common gaming house, and Jacob Maurice Moses was fined £25 for keeping a billiard room similarly.
