BRITISH WORKLESS YOUTHS. ARRANGEMENTS FOR 114,000. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10.35 p.m. London, Nov. 12. Arrangements are being made to send 114,000 unemployed British juveniles back to school if they cannot find work within a year, says the Daily Express. Buildings are being adapted to meet the new educational needs and teachers are being enrolled. The attendance of the pupils at schools will be at least 15 hours a week.
