37 JAPANESE WORKERS KILLED. 138 OTHERS MAKE THEIR ESCAPE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7.30 p.m. Tokio, Nov. 10. Thirty-seven were killed and five are missing as the result of a gas explosion in a colliery at Yayoi, Hokkaido. An escape from the mine was made by 138 others.
