COLLISION AT SEA
SWEDISH STEADIER SINKING. MOST OF CREW VERY YOUNG. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rec. 7.50 p.m. Copenhagen, Oct. 17. The Swedish steamer C. B. Pedersen, from Halmstad, en route for Melbourne, with a crew of 37, of whom 30 are youngsters, collided with the North Skaw. Details are lacking but radio reports state that the C. B. Pedersen is sinking and steamers have gone to the rescue.
