FUNERAL AT INGLEWOOD
DEATH OF MRS. R. PATERSON, j ; The esteem in which the late Mrs. Robert Paterson, Tarata, was held was evidenced by the representative gathering of settlers from Tarata and surrounding districts, as well as residents of Inglewood, at the funeral at the Inglewood cemetery yesterday. Numerous floral tributes were received. The chief mourners were the husband,; four sons and several grandsons of Mrs. Paterson. The bearers, all old settlers of the district, where Mrs. Paterson had resided for nearly half a century, were Messrs. F. M. Standish, H. Waite, J. Drummond, W. Ludeman, M. J. Hartigan and T. Tokotaua. The Rev. J. D. McL. Wilson, New Plymouth, officiated at the graveside.
