MR SYDNEY ROBB’S DEATH
Y.M.C.A. FOUNDATION MEMBERS. The death has occurred suddenly of Mr. Sydney’ Robb, Roxburgh, Central Otago, at the age of 50 years. Mr. Robb was formerly a well-known resident of New Plymouth, to which he came from Christchurch. He married the barest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Corney. Mr. Robb took a keen interest in the affairs of the Kawaroa Park Seaside Society, of which he was secretary for some time. He was also a prominent member of the Egmont Masonic Lodge, At Christchurch he was one of the foundation members of the Y.M.C.A. He had lived at Foxburg for about' 15 years, where he carried on a garage and motor service business. He is survived by his widow and three sons, Kenneth, aged 17, Donald, aged 15, and Garry, aged 11.
