MELBOURNE ARRANGEMENTS. VISIT TO THE DOMINION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 15. Mr. Robert Bell, president of the World's Press Congress, which will be held in Melbourne in March next, has received from Frank L. Martin, dean of the School of Journalism University, Missouri, and head of the American delegation to the Melbourne congress, advice that business sessions will be held from March 27 to 30. The delegation will leave the United States on the Monterey on March 5, arriving on March 25. Most of the delegates will remain in Australia for ten days. They will visit New Zealand for three days on the return journey.
