Rec. 6.30 p.m. Ottawa, Oct. 13. The Minister of Finance, the Hon. E. N. Rhodes, announced that the Dominion of Canada £50,000,000 conversion loan had been over-subscribed by £6,600,000 and was an outstanding success.
