Mr. Willie Clarkson, the wigmaker who has costumed the court tableaux since 1889, has died. He participated ■in the century’s greatest hoaxes when he made up a student as the Sultan of Zanzibar who was given a civic welcome at Cambridge and as an Abyssinian potentate visited a dreadnought and was sajemonially received. ■,
