DEFECTIVE RUDDER
CAUSE OF MILORA’S STRANDING. EXONERATION OF CAPTAIN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 11.35 p.m. Melbourne, Oct. 12. Captain Wrigley has been exonerated by the marine board in connection with the stranding of his vessel Milora off the Queensland coast on September 22. Evidence disclosed that the mishap was due to a defective rudder.
