NEW CUNARD LINER
TRADE EXHIBITION PLAN.
Durban, Aug. 31.
A resolution suggesting that the first voyage of the new Cunard liner, No. 534, should be an Empire tour, was passed by the Memorable Order of Tin Hats, the largest ex-servicemen’s organisation in South Africa.
The resolution has been forwarded to the President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Walter Runciman. It is suggested that the vessel should carry a trade exhibition, tourists, and business men,
