RUNNER’S GREAT POPULARITY. By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. Rec. 6.30 p.m. Oslo, Sept. 15. J. E. Lovelock, the New Zealand runner, is competing in the Norway athletic championships which have been named the “Lovelock meeting” on account of his great popularity. Horsfall is competing in the sprint and long jump events. Tire 200 metres final resulted: Horsfall (England) 1, Schonheyder (Norway) 2, Rathbone (Cambridge University) 3; time, 21 l-10s.
