OKATO RIFLE SHOOTING
ROEBUCK CUP COMPETITION. Competition for the Roebuck Cup was commenced by the Okato Rifle Club on Saturday. The weather was good, there being only a slight wind from the right and a good. light. Ten shots each were fired at 300 and 500 yards. In the following details all competitors but G. Benton (7) fired off scratch:—
The competition will be continued next Saturday with 10 shots at 500 and 600 yards.
