DEATH OF MR. B. DILLINGHAM

The death has occurred of Mr. Charles Bancroft Dillingham, one of America's leading theatrical producers, aged 66 years. The late Mr. Charles B. Dillingham was a dramatic critic on the New York Evening Sun before he went into theatrical management. Since then he had acted as impressario for many of the most distinguished actors and actresses in America, including Maxine Elliott, Margaret Anglin, Robert Loraine, Nance O’Neil and Kyrle Bellew. He owned a theatre in New York, and had an interest in a number of others throughout America.
