POLISH FLYER WINS BIG EVENT.
COURSE WARSAW TO ALGIERS.

M. Gedgowd (Poland) won the international air race from Warsaw to Algiers and back, a distance of 7500 miles, Eighteen of the 38 competitors from Poland, France, Italy, Germany, Czechoslovakia and Britain finished the course.
