LOCUST QUESTION CONFERENCE.
CO-ORDINATING INVESTIGATION.
British Wireless. Rugby, Sept. 11. Delegates to the third international locust conference, representing the Governments of locust-infested countries in Africa and Western Asia, were welcomed to London by the Under-Secretary for the Colonies, the Earl of Plymouth, when the first session of the conference was opened in the Committee Room of the House of Lords.
