HANDICAPS DECLARED. The following handicaps have been declared for next week’s 100 miles . race under the control of the New Plymouth League Cycle Club:—C. A. Hawkins, C. Mana scratch, N. C. Batten, R. L. Reed 5m., F. Barlow, I. Murray 15m., R. Hall, B. Oliver 30m., P. Dunn, R. Rundle,- A. Hawkins 45m. The winner of the race is to receive a cup donated by Mr. Des George. The finish is to be at Avenue Road at approximately 2.45 p.m. . . .
