New York, Sept. 5.
Mr. Warren Penny, of Sydney, who will take part in the Centenary air race, arrived in New York to-dqy on his way to London. He expects to have his American-built Vultee monoplane sent from California to London, in a fortnight, and will then make a number of trial flights. He proposes to broadcast messages every half-hour during'the race.
