SHOOTING OF BENGAL GOVERNOR. LONG TERMS OF GAOL FOR OTHERS By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10.40 p.m. Calcutta, Sept. 12. A special tribunal of two Europeans and one Indian at Darjeeling sentenced three youths to death, two to fourteen years’ imprisonment with hard labour and one to twelve years’ imprisonment with hard labour and a woman to fourteen years’ imprisonment with hard labour in connection with the shooting at Bengal of the Governor, Sir John Anderson, at the Lebong racecourse on May 8.
