NEW ROAD TO LONDON DOCKS
AVOIDING TRAFFIC CONGESTION. OPENING BY TRANSPORT MINISTER British Wireless. Rugby, Sept. 11. A new road to the London docks, which has been built at a cost of £3,000,000 to overcome serious traffic congestion in one of the most densely populated districts of London, is to be opened by the Minister of Transport, Mr. L. Hore-Belisha.
