The stewards of the Pekenham Racing Club disqualified for life the owner, Fisher, and the gelding Sir Difference for fraudulent practices and dishonourable actions. .The stewards found that Sir Difference, who ran races at Bacchus Marsh and Pekenham, was identical with the pony Percy.
