QUESTION OF IDENTIFICATION.
LONG INQUIRY IN AUSTRALIA.

O’Connor, owner of the racehorse Comedy Jim, being arrested and Comedy Jim being seized by the police. The Northern Rivers Racing Association and the police allege that Comedy Jim was raced at Grafton and Casino, where he won races, and that the gelding is identical with a horse called Borapine, which won races at country towns in Nev/ South Wales. Prior to O’Connor’s arrest at Toowoomba, Queensland, the Northern Rivers Racing Association disqualified him and Comedy Jim for life.
