APPOINTMENT ’OF OFFICERS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Sept. 11. Officers were elected to-day by the New Zealand Trotting Association as follow: President, Mr. J. H. Williams; vice-president, Mr. H. W. Kitchingham; licensing committee, Hon. W. Hayward, Mr. J. R. McKenzie, Mr. H. C. Harley.
