ROTARIANS FOREGATHER
HAWjERA AT NEW PLYMOUTH.
Instead of the weekly luncheon yesterday the New Plymouth Rotary Club held an evening meeting to which members of the HaWera Club were' invited. The meeting Was in the hands of the Hawera Club and President F. W. Homer, and an enjoyable and instructive programme was submitted. During the afternoon a team of New Plymouth Rotarians played a game of golf with the Hdwera Rotarians. The southerly gale made the conditions unpleasant. In a close match New Plymouth won.
