TORRID WRESTLING AT SYDNEY. OTHER CONTESTS RESULT IN DRAWS By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 6.30 p.m. Sydney, Sept. 9. Wrestling at the Stadium Gus Sonnenberg defeated the Greek, Harry Mamos, by one fall to nil. The bout was colourful, Mamos getting a bad deal from the referee, who was frequently hooted and counted out. Sonnenberg, in the sixth round, was momentarily disabled when he crashed to the canvas through missing a flying tackle. At the Leichhardt Stadium, George Pencheff and Joe Dawson secured one fall each. The referee awarded a draw. Tommy Nylan and Billy Meeske drew at Brisbane, one fall each.
