THE UNITED STATES AND EUROPE. WELLINGTON LIBRARIAN TO TOUR. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Wellington’s chief municipal librarian, Mr. J. Norrie, has been invited by the trustees of the Carnegie Corporation to study libraries in the United States and Europe. He will leave for the United btates and Europe next month and it is expected he will be absent for at least six months.
